Professor - Scholar - Advocate - Blogger - Writer
I am most passionate about my family, my work and creating social change related to advancing women in the workforce, especially at the highest echelons of leadership. I have a Doctorate in Leadership and Policy from Niagara University. My dissertation: A phenomenological study of women’s perceptions in navigating the Fortune 500 executive leadership pipeline. I have two Masters Degrees; a Master’s in Business A administration (MBA) and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology. My undergraduate degree is in Communications. I am a tenured Associate Professor at St. Bonaventure University in the Jandoli School of Communications where I serve as full time faculty, Jandoli School Diversity Advocate, and Director of the Master's in Strategic Leadership program. I have taught undergraduate and graduate courses in the Business School, and in the Graduate Integrated Marketing Communications Program and in the Master's in Strategic Leadership program for the past twelve years. I teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in traditional, online, and hybrid classes including strategy, advertising, digital media marketing, consumer behavior, leadership in the digital era, leadership assessment, diversity and inclusion, consumer psychology, and integrated marketing communications. I am a scholar Warrior "forged in fire and tempered by knowledge". I love this quote: Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devils says “Oh crap, she’s up”! |
